Amanda Fard
The Home Boutique is led by experienced Realtor® Amanda Fard. Amanda has called Atlanta home since 1996, so she knows a thing or two about the area and loves passing that knowledge on to new residents, or anyone relocating to a new neighborhood. Shortly after graduating from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing, Amanda became a licensed real estate agent and discovered her passion for providing superior customer service and helping turn Atlanta residents into homeowners.
During her distinguished career, Amanda has received numerous awards for her hard work and dedication. In 2007, she was the number one residential sales agent for Perimeter Atlanta Realty and one year later, Amanda received a Consumer’s Choice award for “Business Excellence.” During her recent career with Keller Williams, Amanda has received the Rising Star Award and made the Top Producing Agent List numerous times. In 2011, the Cobb Association of Realtors recognized Amanda as their third-best individual agent. In 2012, Amanda was named to Atlanta’s Power 30 Under 30 list and earned her associate broker license.
Amanda lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Shahab Fard, and their dog Mollie.
